Shipping & Returns

After your payment has been verified, your order will be processed within 34 hours. Orders placed after 13:00, on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day. If you order after 13:00 on a Friday, your order will probably be shipped the following Monday.

We only ship within the EU. There are no customs duties and taxes.

After your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking link by email or SMS. We recommend that you create a customer account with us to track your order directly in your account and collect loyalty points for every €1 spent.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as you have made your purchase. Please check your spam folder and contact us immediately if this is not the case. You may have mistyped your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is important for all further information about your order, e.g. for tracking your shipment.

Your shipping confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse. In the shipping confirmation you will find the link to the tracking system. You can also receive your tracking information by text message if you leave your phone number with us at the checkout. Please note our processing times of 1-3 working days.

Have you received a shipping confirmation without a tracking number? Then your shipping address contains missing or incorrect shipping information. In this case, customer service will contact you regarding your address.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change orders that have already been processed. Please note our return policy. If you have made a mistake with your order (e-mail address, delivery address, etc.), please contact us immediately so that we can make changes in good time.
