Shipping & Returns

After your payment has been verified, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 13:00, on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day. If you order after 13:00 on a Friday, your order will probably be shipped the following Monday.

We ship to over 35+ countries on 3 continents. Our products are shipped from one of our three warehouses within the EU. Therefore, it is possible that customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU. Snuzone has no influence on regional customs and import regulations, therefore all import and customs fees and taxes levied in your destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

After your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking link by email or SMS. We recommend that you create a customer account with us to track your order directly in your account and collect loyalty points for every €1 spent.

If a product is damaged in a delivery or was faulty - we offer a 100% refund. Timing: We have a 7-day return & exchange policy, from the day the item was received.To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.For returns, please email sales@snuzone.com with the subject line "Returns" and include your order number, name and reason for return.The seller will provide the customer with instructions on where to send the returned item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items.When the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email informing them of the status of the refund.If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after you have made your purchase. Please check your spam folder and contact us immediately if this is not the case. You may have mistyped your e-mail address. Your email address is important for all further information regarding your order, e.g. tracking.

Your shipping confirmation will be sent as soon as your package has left our warehouse. In the shipping confirmation you will find your link to the tracking system. You can also receive your tracking information via SMS if you leave us your phone number at checkout.
