Right of withdrawal
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy:
If a product is damaged in a shipment or was defective - we offer a 100% refund. Timing: We have a 7-day return & exchange policy, from the day the item was received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns, please send an email to. support@Snuzone.com with the subject "Return" and include your order number, name and reason for return. The seller will provide the customer with instructions on where to send the returned merchandise. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email notifying them of the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.
Right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).
Consequences of revocation:
If you revoke your purchase, we must return to you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs and return costs, without delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were received back by us and checked.
For the delivery costs the standard amount (see shipping conditions) will be used, no reduced delivery price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of return shipping is € 5.00. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this refund.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case within seven days at the latest. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted.

Special offers (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
Minors
We conduct a strict age verification process where the customer must be physically present and show identification to receive their first order. Should our delivery partner determine that the recipient is underage, they will not be able to legally deliver the package and it will be sent to Snuzone returned.
In this case, all costs (delivery costs, return costs, handling costs) will be charged to the customer, up to a maximum of € 25,00.
