Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day after completion of the order and receipt of payment.

With DHL within 3–5 business days.

France, Luxembourg, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia:
With DHL and national postal service within 3–6 business days.

Sweden, Bulgaria, Portugal, Spain:
With DHL within 4–6 business days.

Please note that in exceptional cases, such as high demand or unforeseen delivery delays by the shipping service provider, delivery times may vary.

If your country is not listed in our shipping countries, shipping to this country is unfortunately not possible at present.

We require a strict age verification process where the customer must receive their first order in person to confirm they are of legal age. If our delivery partner determines that the recipient is underage, the package cannot be delivered and will be returned to us. In this case, we will charge a flat rate of € 25 to cover the additional costs for shipping, returns and handling.


DHL packing stations (Germany) 

Deliveries to a DHL packing station are only possible if identity verification has been fully completed with DHL. Otherwise parcels cannot be delivered and return costs will be charged. This option is only possible with the DHL delivery courier.


Shipment tracking: 

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us by e-mail containing a tracking number with a tracking link. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
